1. Do you guys only sell vacant homes?  Nope, we assist our clients with many different types of properties, both occupied and vacant.  We'll help you sell your home whether it's vacant or not.

2. Are you interested in rental or second home properties?  Yes, as long as the owner's goal is to sell them, not rent them.

3. Why the focus on vacant homes?  Well, a couple of reasons: First, over the years we have developed a significant experience base dealing with vacant residential property of all types.  Second, our partnership with the largest independent vacant home staging company in Atlanta gives us the ability to offer services to our vacant home clients that no other agent can provide.  Third, most agents hate working with vacant properties because they are slow sellers and often lead to a rental rather than a sale (our FREE Staging Offer solves this....)

4. How do I know if my property qualifies for your FREE Staging Offer?  The easiest way is to just give us a call.  We need to understand the property and your goals before we can be sure it's a fit.  Some of the key things we look for are a minimum listing price of $250,000, reasonable seller's price expectations given the market environment, a minimum listing term of 6 months, reasonable geographic proximity to our staging partner's warehouse, as well as a few other aspects.

5. How soon after executing a Listing Agreement with Atlanta Vacant Homes can I expect my home to be staged?  There are quite a few variables involved that will impact the timeline, but generally speaking we target within 7-10 days after the completion of any other work that might need to be performed (ie: cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, etc.)

6. What does your FREE Staging Offer really cost me?  I know on many websites FREE doesn't really mean FREE, but with us, it does.  Our goal is to help you sell your home and we believe that by having the home professionally staged, we stand the best chance of helping you do just that.  Our standard sales commission and your satisfaction and continued referrals take care of us.

7. Does my property get listed on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Etc?  Absolutely, just like all other agents around Atlanta, the local MLS systems serve out all listings to make sure they get great local and national exposure.
